- 1) Goods sold are Not Returnable, Exchangeable, or Refundable without any solid reason.
- 2) For serious buyer only. Please make sure that you think carefully before fill up the order form.
- 3) Buyer should report defective of goods within 3 day after received. In the exchange process, shipping fees are to be paid by customer. Damaged item during shipping will not be refunded.
- 4) We do cash-on-delivery (COD) for customer within Kuala Lumpur. We wil courier the goods for you if you're outside KL. Please bank-in your payment to any of our CIMB or Maybank bank and we will proceed with delivery one day after payment received.
- 5) The prices shown are NOT including shipping charges whereby the shipping charges are : Peninsular Malaysia : RM6 Sabah & Sarawak : RM9
- 6) As all necessary precaution is taken in delivering all the items, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss items during delivery.
